Refund policy

The short version

Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns for change-of-mind. We do accept exchanges and full replacements for defects, size errors on our end, or damage in transit.

What's eligible

  • Defects in printing or stitching — free replacement
  • Wrong size or item shipped — free replacement, we cover return shipping
  • Damaged in transit — free replacement
  • Doesn't fit and you want a different size — exchange within 10 days of delivery; customer covers return shipping, we cover reshipment

What's not eligible

  • Items washed or worn beyond try-on
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Limited drops / final sale items (marked clearly at checkout)
  • Returns requested after 10 days from delivery

How to start a return or exchange

Email orders@lgphub.com within 10 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A photo of the issue (for defects or damage)
  3. What you'd like as a resolution (exchange, replacement, store credit)

We'll respond within 1 business day with a return label or next steps.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it processes back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item (or immediately for defective items where no return is required).
