Shipping policy

Production turnaround

Every order is printed and packed in-house at LGP. Production takes 3-5 business days before the order ships. We don't carry pre-printed inventory — each piece is made for the order it's going to.

Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $10.95. Free shipping on orders over $75. Priority Mail typically delivers in 2-3 business days after production.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally — sign up for our newsletter and we'll let you know when we open international shipping.

Order tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order leaves our facility. Tracking goes live within 24 hours of pickup.

Address changes

We can update a shipping address up until the order enters production. After that we can't intercept — email orders@lgphub.com immediately and we'll do what we can.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, email orders@lgphub.com. We'll file a carrier claim and either reship or refund — your choice.
